SEX OFFENDER RESIDENCY APPEAL BOARD

AGENDA

1. Call meeting to order
2. Approve/modify agenda
3. Overview of proceedings.
4. Presentation of appeal by Daniel Beyer regarding his request to reside at 7988 River Rd, Greenleaf, in the Town of Morrison. Board members may ask questions at this time.
5. Open forum for comments to be heard from individuals, limited to 5 minutes per person, with 30 minutes maximum for comments.
6. The Board may convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(f) for the purpose of considering financial, medical, social, or personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems, or the investigation of charges against specific persons that, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations; and pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(g) for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the Board who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the Board with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved. During the closed session, the Board may discuss personal histories that, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of specific persons. (Roll Call Vote Required).
7. Board will discuss/review Daniel Beyer’s request. A recommendation will be made to the Town Board.

 

8. Presentation of appeal by Bradley Kaster, 3159 Mill Rd, Greenleaf, in the Town of Morrison. Board members may ask questions at this time.
9. Open forum for comments to be heard from individuals, limited to 5 minutes per person, with 30 minutes maximum for comments.
10. The Board may convene into closed session as described under agenda item #6.
11. Board will discuss/review Bradley Kaster’s request. A recommendation will be made to the Town Board.

 

12. Presentation of appeal by David Kroubetz, 7056 ½ Mill Rd, Greenleaf, in the Town of Morrison. Board members may ask questions at this time.
13. Open forum for comments to be heard from individuals, limited to 5 minutes per person, with 30 minutes maximum for comments.
14. The Board may convene into closed session as described under agenda item #6.
15. Board will discuss/review David Kroubetz’s request. A recommendation will be made to the Town Board.
16. Adjourn

Town Board members may be in attendance but no action will be taken
