NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN BOARD CLOSED SESSION

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at 1:00 p.m. on Monday July 27, 2026 at the Town of Morrison Town Hall, 3792 Park Road, Greenleaf, WI, the Town of Morrison Town Board intends to convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(g) for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the Town who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the Town with respect to litigation in which the Town is or is likely to become involved. During the closed session, the Town Board intends to discuss Dirden v. Town of Morrison, Case No. 26-CV-1244

 A SPECIAL MEETING of the Town Board of the Town of Morrison will be held at the Morrison Town Hall, 3792 Park Rd, Monday, July 27, 2026 immediately following the special town board closed session meeting that begins at 1:00 p.m.

1.     Discuss/act to authorize Chairman Koomen to hire Brown County to repair the culvert on Wayside Rd, near the golf course

2.     Adjourn
